RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

    You may request a return and refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted (except in cases where the product has quality defects).
  2. Return Conditions
    Items submitted for return must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must not have been worn, washed, or subjected to artificial damage.
  • The item must remain in its original condition (including intact tags and packaging).
  • The item must be in a resalable condition.

If the item has quality defects or if you received the wrong item, please provide relevant supporting evidence (such as photos), and we will prioritize the processing of your request.

  • Once your return request has been approved and we have received the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment account.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, the shipping costs shall be borne by the user; if the return is due to quality defects or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
